Date: Friday, May 14, 2010 Location: Auxiliary Conference Center at Lima Memorial Hospital 1001 Bellefontaine Ave., Lima OH Schedule for the day 7:30-8am: Registration. (Continental breakfast provided) 8am-10am: Patti Milam will be speaking on Your mouth, Your body, Your health: Redefining the world of Oral Medicine (2 CEUs) This course is designed to educate you on the importance of implementing certified clinical laboratory testing for Oral Medicine. It is a vitally important step towards a new standard of care for the health of your patients 10am-12pm: Patti Digangi will be speaking on WNL: Optimizing the Oral Cancer Evaluation (2 CEUs) WNL means within normal limits but are we sure? Oral cancer is one of the most treatable of the major cancers when discovered and treated early. Dental professionals are uniquely positioned to screen patients and detect oral cancer in its early, treatable stage.
