ODHA'S 86th Annual Session was held November 6–8 at The Cherry Valley Lodge in Newark, OH. President, Jeanne Huber, and the Executive Council, began this year's Annual Session by dancing through the aisles of the First House of Delegates to the funky rhythms of the Black Eyed Peas' smash hit song "I Gotta Feeling"! ODHA awards and scholarships were also presented during the opening ceremonies. Saturday's Luncheon included two continuing education credits as Katie Powell and other ADHA staff members presented important information about the American Dental Hygienists' Association Brand and reviewed their core principles. Premier Dental presented 'The Leaders in Prevention,' a multimedia presentation educating clinicians and empowering dental patients to take their healthcare into their own hands.
Sunday included important decisions by the ODHA House of Delegates, followed by installation of ODHA's 2010 officers.
